You will be responsible for leading the implementation of sales plans and ensuring the overall sales operations are handled consistently, accurately and efficiently.

What you will be doing:
Working with the General Manager to develop and implement the hotel’s sales strategy and revenue management.
Recruiting and developing sales teammates to deliver exceptional guest service, generate revenue and drive profitability.
Organizing and coordinating the training needs and professional development plans of sales teammates.
Training and promoting the company’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
