We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can make sound decisions, communicate clearly, and provide excellent service to customers while offering insurance quotes over the phone.
This position requires a positive and friendly attitude, a high-service mindset, strong verbal communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
The ability to effectively work in a fast-paced team environment is required.

*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*
* Two years of prior insurance experience (carrier or agency)
* Two years of prior data entry experience
EXPERIENCE:
Successful candidates have had prior business experience in the following industries:
* Insurance Office Assistants
* Sales Assistants
* Data Entry Specialist
* Mortgage Underwriting
* Financial Consulting
* Business Analyst
* Paralegals
* Relevant Call Center Experience
*SALES DUTIES*
*New Sales Development*
* Conducting new lead research utilizing the internet, and distributing to our appointment-setters
* Following up on current client mailings to set up review appointments with agents
*Quote Production*
* Providing fast and accurate sales quoting support for our personal and commercial lines prospects, as well as our current clients
* Working with our underwriting department when necessary to get final approvals
* Creating final presentations for the agents to present
*Check Processing*
* Performing new business and current client renewal check processing
*MARKETING SUPPORT*
* Assisting with onboarding new clients by emailing and hard-mailing our new client welcomes.
* Following up on new clients to ensure receipt of welcomes, and answering any additional questions
* Assisting with current marketing programs to ensure smooth operations and cohesiveness
