Sales Associate/Supervisor

*Candy Experience Supervisor* _Overview:_ We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team.
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates & driving sales growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a FUN & UNIQUE candy store experience! \*\*This position starts in May & is a year-round position.
*Duties:* * Lead by example & manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
* Uphold high sales.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
* Understand & file daily reports.
*Requirements:* * Maintain a professional & positive company image.
* Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions.
* Basic math skills.
* Able to lift >25 pounds and stand for 7-9 hours.
* Able to work weekends & holidays.
* Be at least 18 years of age & have reliable transportation.
* Able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
