Sales Lead/Key Holder

```Duties``` - Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Managers in overseeing daily retail operations and tasks - Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting every customer - Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand - Set and achieve sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies - Train and supervise retail staff to provide exceptional service and achieve sales targets - Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coaching and feedback - Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions - Implement marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and increase sales - Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members ```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of retail operations, including pricing, sales techniques, and point-of-sale systems - Proven ability to sell products and services effectively - Experience in supervising and leading a team of employees - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues - Proficient in retail math calculations, such as calculating discounts, margins, and profits - Knowledge of sales management principles and techniques Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
