The LTE Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the planning and management of Overture marketing campaigns.
This role is required keep all members of the marketing team knowledgeable on the going’s on of various campaigns, while juggling those deadlines and budgets.
This role requires a detailed oriented and organized individual that keeps track of all campaigns and projects to ensure deadlines are being hit, budgets are being adhered to, and small details are being kept track of all while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
Roles & Responsibilities_____________________________________________________________
Develops a project management protocol and system using Monday.
com and rethinks how the marketing team uses OneDrive for filing and archiving.
Leads projects from inception through the finish line, including working on the project’s scope, setting deadlines, managing budgets, and assigning tasks using project management software.
Ensures everyone has everything they need to work effectively and be successful, including removing roadblocks that may slow people down.
Meets with key members of internal departments to understand their project goals and priorities.
Facilitates discussions between stakeholders and team members.
Hosts project kickoff meetings and regular check-ins.
Monitors progress through the project’s lifecycle.
Sends progress updates and routing proofs to stakeholders.
Delivers final projects.
Embraces and participates in the advancement of the JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) mission and vision of the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications____________________________________________________________________
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education & Experience:
3-5 year’s experience managing projects across complex organizations.
PMP certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Exemplary interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Ease at working with all levels of staff within the organization
Experience writing project briefs
Detail orientated and self-motivated with ability to manage time and solve problems effectively
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask and reprioritize as necessary
Knowledge and previous use of Monday.
com or other similar could-based project management tools
Financial budgeting experience, including the use of Excel spreadsheets
Familiarity with marketing strategies across channels, including paid and earned digital, print, and direct mail.
Working Conditions

Primarily perform work in an office environment
Frequently move around the building and access or use computers, office equipment, telephone, and any other pertinent supplies, space, or equipment used to perform the duties of the position.
Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day.
Must be able to operate a computer and telephone.
