Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and provide solutions - Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts - Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets - Conduct warm calling and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business development opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services - Provide regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts Requirements: - Proven experience in account management or sales role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
