1.
Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and family members / personal representatives.
2.
Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
3.
Participate in review of screening information and decision making regarding appropriateness for our facility.
4.
Reviews and identifies clinical and equipment needs of prospective residents with the interdisciplinary team.
5.
Communicates effectively with referral sources, coordinating referrals and processes admissions.
6.
Assist MDS /RAI process in obtaining hospital documentation used to complete MDS.
7.
Create contacts that enhance development of business partnership.
8.
Will participate in, or present educational programming on special topics or regulations to enhance operation’s reputation.
9.
Other duties as assigned.

Commitment to quality programs and services for the residents/patients/clients.
2.
Excellent communications and human relation skills.
3.
Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
4.
Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
5.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed.
6.
Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
7.
Tactful, dependable, courteous, approachable, flexible and personable.
8.
Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
9.
Prefer 6-7 years’ experience in sales, marketing or related field.
10.
Social Worker or Registered Nurse Preferred.
