Anyone interested in finding a place together? (Madison or suburbs) (Madison area)

My lease is up at the end of April 2024.
I like the place I live in and the neighbors, but not thrilled about the management company so it's time to look for something new.
I prefer to have a roommate to split expenses (and honestly, I am not a fan of living alone).
I would like to find something with an April 1st start date so that I can take my time moving during April instead of trying to do it all in one day.
It can start earlier for the right fit.
About me: *I am an easygoing male.
I am social but won't be expecting a potential roommate to become a friend and will be respectful if you prefer to keep interactions to a minimum.
*I work the typical 8am-5pm hours, so I get up around 6am and go to bed between 10pm-10:30pm.
*After work, I like to go out and do something whether it's going to the gym, out for a bite to eat, grocery shopping.
On weekends, I like to keep busy and be out doing something for at least part of each day.
*I rarely have visitors over but may occasionally have friends over for dinner/drinks/game night - we're talking maybe once every 3-4 months lately.
*Like to keep the common areas fairly clean.
*Don't play my music or tv loud and will be respectful of there being someone else in the apartment and neighbors.
*Pay my share of the rent and expenses on time without issue.
*I have two pets - cat and a dog and both are very friendly.
*Don't smoke or do drugs, and just an occasional social drinker outside the home.
About you: *Pretty much the same characteristics as above, except I don't care if you're a male or female (have lived with both over the years).
*Additional pets would have to be discussed.
*Do not want someone that has people over all the time (no more than once a week otherwise it feels crowded).
*Only want one roommate - so no couples looking to share a room or situations where you have your kid over even part of the time.
I have done both situations and neither work for me.
