This will include monitoring provider survey results to confirm if we are meeting all CMS expectations and contractual obligations around provider education.
In addition, this role will ensure the team has appropriate technology and tools to effectively educate in a remote work environment.
Lastly, this role will be key in provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them grow while being a champion for innovation and creative ways of approaching work.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience 3 or more years of related work and/or leadership experience Proven leadership experience (e.
g.
, Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Director role with direct reports) leading a high performing team that is responsible for educating/training others in the healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications Experience leading a team of clinicians and non-clinicians who educate and train the healthcare provider community via various channels (e.
g.
, web articles, on-demand training, live training, presentations, outreach events, etc.
) on government healthcare programs Medicare Fee for Service or government Medicare experience Experience leading a remote team Intermediate or above experience in MS Office products Remote Work Requirements High speed cable or fiber internet Minimum of 10 Mbps downstream and at least 1 Mbps upstream internet connection (can be checked at https://speedtest.
