Property Manager
Cascade Management is now accepting applications for a full-time Property Manager for a BRAND NEW property, Homestead Luxury Rentals.
The property is located in Verona, WI, and will be a 100-unit complex consisting of 2 buildings and a clubhouse.
Job Description:
The Property Manager is responsible for assisting in the opening of the complex and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment complex.
This includes but is not limited to, leasing, hiring, and management of all property staff, scheduling of third-party vendors & maintaining relationships, responding to all tenant communications, maintaining the physical property, inspections during turnovers, and keeping up with all tenant's rent payments, marketing, and advertising.
This challenging position will assist in all aspects of the pre-opening process, including assembling a team to operate the complex upon opening and most importantly, leasing the complex to prospective residents.

Responsibilities:
* Leasing and resident retention.
* Oversee all aspects of operations, including maintenance, third-party vendors & tenant communications.
* Ensure all resident's and prospective residents' needs are fully met in a timely manner.
* Supervise, train and schedule all property staff.
* On-call 24/7 for emergencies only.
* Online marketing and advertising management, as well as competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent and a post-secondary degree.
* Above-average written and oral communication skills.
* Experience with Yardi preferred
* Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
* Must be able to direct, motivate, train, and develop subordinates.
* Able to take direction.
* Prefer prior full-time resident management experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years of on-site apartment experience or equivalent.
* Windows and PC experience required.
* Neat, clean appearance.
* Compatible with a wide range of people.
* Needs to be thorough, reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible, and be service orientated.
