Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.
0 FTE position.
Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with hybrid work optional.

We are seeking a Transplant Administrative Manager to: Manage the UW Health Transplant Center administrative staff, to include patient scheduling specialists and transplant support specialists.
Communicate standard processes and policies across all areas impacted by Transplant Operations.
Support the implementation of future Transplant Center intake center seven days per week to manage referrals with patients.

Education : Minimum – Bachelor’s degree business, finance, information systems or other relevant field Preferred – Master’s degree in business or healthcare field Work Experience : Minimum – Two years experience in health care One (1) year of leadership responsibilities with experience in the direct management of staff.
