The Oregon Youth Center is seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of Director.
The Director position is a part-time, 25-30 hour a week position, Monday - Friday 12PM-6PM and occasional weekend hours if needed.
This role oversees all aspects of the youth center including, but not limited to: programming, fundraising, community partnerships, engagement with youth in activities, coordination of food and supplies, volunteer program, and staff hiring.
The position reports to a board of directors.
Hourly rate starts at 20.
00/hour.
The Oregon Youth Center was founded in 2014 and continues to serve youth in the Oregon School District from 5th to 9th grade.
This is a drop in program that engages 20-30 youth each day.
We are privately funded through local municipalities, Dane County, Oregon businesses, the people of Oregon, and miscellaneous grants.

DUTIES
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the organization's programs and services
- Provide leadership and direction to attendees and volunteers coming through the center
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
- Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group
- Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, fundraising, and program development
- Experience supervising staff and providing leadership
- Previous work with middle school-aged children, preferably in a large group setting
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently
