Building Maintenance/Manager (Madison Area)

I have Experience in leading the cleaning, grounds and maintenance of buildings.
I also Supervise cleaning and maintenance crews.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in year round grounds work.
I am good with small engine repair and do that type of maintenance work.
and I am knowledgeable in maintenance /handyman apartment turnover and repair.
My knowledge also includes interior and exterior painting.
I work with existing electrical, plumbing.
I also do some carpentry Such as deck building and restoration.
In most cases I can troubleshoot and or fix heating and cooling unit problems these systems include boilers with radiated and forced air heat and condensate return, also rooftop units with reheat VA vees throughout building with pneumatic and electric controls.
I can troubleshoot a large variety of problems and fix or give advice, I can maintain and check compressors and Check pneumatics for air leaks.
I am currently working in a building that is completely brand new and working with very updated sophisticated equipment in charge of automated building security and fob Entry control including programming.
I am looking for a building or 2 that is need of my services.
