Decor: Crystal: Lovely frosted petal vase, 8.5" diam. Like new! - $11 (Shorewood Hills)

The design of this romantic crystal vase is evocative of the Mikasa pattern "Satin Tulips" but even more beautiful, in my opinion, in its subtlety and near-fluidity of appearance.
Six crystal-clear floral leaves emanate from the center of the bowl.
As the petals approach the outside rim, they shade into a frosted or dull-satin finish, all to lovely effect.
(Please note that except for the gently rounded nubs, the inner surfaces of the piece are smooth and seamless.

5 inches high at its center, the bowl it has a maximum diameter of 8.

Crystal nubs in the center-bottom of the bowl suggest its intended use might be as a votive candle holder, but we have never used it as such.
