Staff Our Schools (SOS) is seeking Early Childhood Education staff members who possess dedication to working with our earliest learners (children ages 6 weeks-5 years old), and who also want a better childcare classroom experience for themselves!
If you are a Lead or Assistant Teacher who would like to collaborate with our partner centers in caring for the children who are enrolled in their ECE programs, *BUT *who would also like the ability to create a *self-designed *weekly work schedule, then Staff Our Schools may be your perfect fit!
Our teaching staff members utilize an app controlled, staff-developed, flexible scheduling system which puts them not only in charge of their weekly availability for work, but also the *days* _and_ *hours* that they work each week!
We are looking for experienced, reliable, and flexible ECE teaching staff members who have access to personal, reliable transportation and are willing to commute to our area partner centers, ECFE'S, Preschools and Head Start Programs in and around the greater Madison, WI area.
*WI DCF 251 Licensing & WI Registry requires that all teaching staff members have one or more of the following:*
* Pediatric CPR/First Aid
* Wisconsin Preschool Certification
* A Wisconsin Infant/Toddler Credential
* BA, AA or Technical Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Post-secondary ECE credit coursework
* _*If you are an Assistant Teacher*_*: \* you must either* *currently have\** or *independently complete* the DCF licensing required, non-credit course: Introduction to the Child Care Profession _*within 6 months*_ after assuming the position or _*satisfactorily complete 2 credits in early childhood education or its equivalent*_.
