Summary
Grateful Hearts is seeking a lead teacher for one of our classrooms! We have spacious, bright rooms with small group sizes.
We also have assistants to help out when things get hectic! The best candidate needs to be nurturing and have the desire to develop connections with families, and bonds with our enrolled children.
Duties
Job Responsibilities include:
-interacting with the children in respectful way that is nurturing to encourage development
-provide developmentally appropriate activities and opportunites
-assist in classroom arrangement, selection of books, toys, and equipment
-quickly meet the needs of each child
-accurately maintain all necessary records
-personal hygiene of each child (diaper changes, soiled clothing, washing hands)
-Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment
-prepare and serve bottles, meals, and snacks
-develop lesson plans
Requirements
Must be 18 years old and at least a Level 7 on the Registry.
