We are looking for a Learning Facilitator to join our team and work with a multitude of team members at our Watertown, WI location to support our senior living communities.

This position works Monday - Friday, no nights, weekends, or holidays!
The Learning Facilitator is responsible for the management and facilitation of a variety of trainings, and assist with a wide range of duties to support the success of the Illuminus Institute.
Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.
Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
Responsible for on-call services, as assigned.
Manage, facilitate, and support General Orientation for Illuminus communities and service lines.
Research learning and development practices in order to meet organization, departmental, and individual needs.
Provide educational opportunities utilizing multiple adult learning and international staff methodologies.
Support Virtual Dementia experiential training and education software programs.
Support the Illuminus Institute in achieving their development goals.
Provide a reliable point of contact for all Illuminus Institute matters.
Promote resident-centered care.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of two-three years of teaching experience at the adult level preferred.
Experience in facilitating learning opportunities at the adult level preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in education or human resources preferred.
Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
Ability to relate well to all individuals.
Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
Ability to adapt to change.
