A big value of our offering is that we provide 1-1 in-home tutoring.
Most of our clients prefer tutors that either come and work at their home OR work 1-1 in the local library.

*Job Description* The mission of *Tutor Doctor* is to _*change the trajectory of students' lives*_.
Tutors must possess a firm understanding of the subject matter and the ability to connect to their student and teach to their specific learning style.
The tutor's primary focus will be to assist with homework and help the student learn new concepts.
A written session report must be completed after every tutoring session.
Tutors will meet with their students either at their home or via the local library.
Tutors will be treated as part time employees and need to take background check.
Assistance with background checks is available.
W2 will be issued at the end of the year.
Tutors are required to participate in an initial Tutor Doctor orientation.
The tutor will learn about the internal system that notifies you of student matches, allows you to submit the required session reports, and records your tutor hours.

Ability to set your own schedule and accept your own number of students to support.
