Baraboo Head Start Classroom Teacher Assistant Limited Term

Summary Are you looking for a limited position beginning now and continuing through May 2024? The Renewal Unlimited Head Start program is seeking a candidate with a passion for working with preschool aged children! This team-oriented position works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday beginning as soon as possible and ending May 31, 2024.
Duties Must be available Monday through Friday Works under the direction of the Teacher to follow curriculum, spark creativity and help with school readiness goals Assists the Teacher in updating children?s Education Assessments Completes vision and hearing screenings Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Teacher in the Teacher?s absence Carries out other activities as outlined by the Teacher Candidate must have preschool experience.
Helpful to have Early Childhood I & II coursed completed.
Requirements Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Nice To Haves Experience: Preschool: 1 year (Preferred) Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits Limited Term roles are not eligible for benefits.
