Preschool & Daycare: Lead Teacher

Kiddie Kampus Preschool & Daycare is seeking excellent teachers with a passion to make a difference in the lives of preschool-aged children and their families.
Our lead teachers plan and implement a program of study that, as far as possible, meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of their students.
The lead teacher supervises the daily activities in an individual classroom and provides leadership for their assistant teachers.
This is a full-time, year-round position.

Our program focuses on meeting the needs of the individual child in a loving, nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that provides a foundation for learning.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader who will be dedicated to helping us offer excellence in early childhood education and care for the Watertown community.
Must have completed one of the following: * Certificate from the Registry indicating the applicant is qualified as a childcare lead teacher * 48 credits from an institution of higher education with 3 credits in early childhood education * An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education * Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education Staff Qualifications - We desire staff with outstanding character and necessary skills as well as those who would maintain fundamental Baptist distinctives and ethos.
By God’s grace, Maranatha will never knowingly select individuals to staff positions whose beliefs or practices are at variance with Maranatha’s deeply held and biblically supported religious convictions.
Therefore, * Staff members must be fundamental Baptists by practice and conviction.
* Individual lifestyles must be in conformity to biblical teachings related to morality and virtue.
