- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique on Peak and Gratz combo units (reformer/tower), chairs, cadillac, and all barrels.
We have a plethora of props and will purchase what would best support your teaching within reason.
- Create and modify exercise routines to meet the needs and goals of clients.
- We provide guidance and support to help you set your clients up for success during workouts, ensuring equipment and client safety.
We value a creative and flexible approach to the method.
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing them optimally.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide feedback and encouragement - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
-Learn and utilize studio software and take payments when necessary.
```Experience:``` - Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is preferred, but if newly certified, we will apprentice free of charge.
- Ability to educate and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals - Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and interact with clients.
