Open to any format including but not limited to Aqua Zumba, Water In Motion, Aqua Blast.

Job Responsibilities:
Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction; provides adaptations based on individual needs.
Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests.
Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment.
Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members.
Works well independently and on a team.
Ensures the safety of all members and guests.
Position Skills and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Instructor certification or the desire to obtain Water specific certification
