HOURS:
Tu/Th 12-1pm
Responsibilities:.
Ensures safe environment for all swimmers and spectators
Provides instruction in stroke technique as well as starts and turns.
Develops and administers strong team discipline at all times.
Prepares all meet entries and registrations
Attends scheduled swim meets
Builds team leadership, encourages good sportsmanship, team loyalty, hard work and courteous, respectful behavior.
Demonstrates a cheerful, positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Competitive swimming experience at the high school level or collegiate level required.
Must possess and maintain current Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR/AED certifications.
Safety Training for Swim Coaches certification is desired.
