Taliesin Preservation of Spring Green, WI, is looking to add an Academic Coordinator to our dynamic team.
This part-time position involves coordinating teaching materials and experiences for participants in our culinary work/study field school program and serves as the primary point of contact for program participants.
The seven-month field school course is designed to build practical skills and confidence in the basics of cooking, hospitality, gardening, and sustainable agriculture systems.
The position pays an hourly rate of $18.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACADEMIC COORDINATOR
As an Academic Coordinator, you will oversee the implementation of the culinary work/study program.
You will coordinate hands-on lessons, guest speakers, and visits to local producers.
You will also be the primary point of contact for program participants during their seven-month stay.
You will use the off-season to grow curriculum opportunities, expand partnerships, and coordinate field school activities in collaboration with the chef.

WORK SCHEDULE
This year-round position works 35 hours per week April through October and 20 hours per week November through March.
