*What We Do*
Kids Depot is a Christian, childcare program that provides exceptional child care and education to children ages 6 weeks through age 5 years.
*Your Role*
* Teacher must maintain an open, friendly, and cooperative relationship with each child and family
* Teacher must promote feelings of security and trust in all children in your care
* Teacher must greet children and their parents warmly and with enthusiasm each morning and afternoon
* Teacher must create rich learning experiences and opportunities for growth
* Teacher must document milestones and celebrate successes with parents
* Teacher must attend all training opportunities and staff meetings when scheduled
*What You’ll Need to Succeed*
* A genuine love for children of all ages
* Energetic, caring personality
* Strong communication skills
* Desire to grow in the early childhood field
* Experience in the early care and education field preferred

* Previous knowledge and experience regarding Teaching Strategies Curriculum and YoungStar rating system preferred
* Well-versed understanding of Wisconsin Department of Children & Families licensing rules
* Child and infant CPR/AED
* Child and infant First Aid
* Shaken Baby Syndrome/Abusive Head Trauma training
* Child Abuse & Neglect/Mandated Reporter training
* Safe Sleep for Infants (SIDS/SUIDS prevention) training
