*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a passionate and experienced 7th Grade Homeroom Teacher proficient in English Language Arts (ELA) and Geography to join our team.

*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in ELA and Geography aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
* Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and ensure academic success.
* Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Serve as a homeroom teacher, overseeing the academic and social development of assigned students.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
* Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
* Embody and promote the values of our faith-based community.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Valid teaching certification.
* Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level.
* Proficiency in English Language Arts and Geography curriculum development and instruction.
* Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a supportive school community.
* Commitment to integrating faith-based principles into teaching practices and fostering spiritual growth.
