VACANCY DESCRIPTION: Impact Christian Academy (ICA), a new and developing High Schoo is seeking a principal to serve our students, families, and staff at our school in Verona.
The ideal candidate will prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God.

Impact Christian Academy was founded in 2023 as a ministry of Impact Christian Schools.
In 2023-24 we temperolarily located our new high school in Mount Horeb at our Mount Horeb Christian School building.
Impact Christian Academy offers a safe, caring, and Christ-centered environment for grades 9-10 in 2024-25 adding a grade each suceeding year until all four grades are in place.
ICA is one of six campuses that comprise Impact Christian Schools.
The Madison area (inclusive of its suburb Verona) consistently ranks among the best in the nation for almost everything including fantastic bike trails, safe neighborhoods, great healthcare, excellent education, amazing music venues, and diverse restaurants.
Mount Horeb just is fifteen minutes west of Madison, WI, and holds a world of small-town charm and hospitality that is present in each part of their community.

cfm MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Shows evidence of Christian maturity and a strong grasp of the essence of Christian education.
Meets the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) requirements and qualifications of a High School Principal.
Experience working in a school setting; preferably within school administration.
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's or Doctorate's degree in education from an accredited college and/or university.
Experience working with people of different ages and ethnic backgrounds, preferably within a school setting.
Experience working within a ministry/church setting; preferably a private school in association with a church.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: $65,000 - $80,000 per year; depending on qualifications and experience.
