We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated fitness instructor to join our growing team of health care professionals.

We are looking for a group fitness instructor to provide our clients one-on-one services and/or small group classes which will prescribe safe, quality exercise and strength training activities with an emphasis on client development (including weight loss if needed) and retention.
The right candidate will have a passion for wellness, an ability to motivate others, and a fun, upbeat attitude.
Afternoon and Evening class time availability required.

*Required Skills and Experience:*
* Ability to provide a high caliber client service through building a strong rapport with individuals and/or class participants, supporting and encouraging them in regards to their goals, concerns, and questions.
* Develops and retains a strong client base of members who desire personal training as part of their wellness journey.
* Prescribes safe exercise and strength training plans based on member’s goals, experience and abilities.
* Provides quality instruction in one-on-one and small group settings, comes to work prepared, and begins/ends on time.
* Ability to build relationships with health seekers of all ages, focusing on engaging members as whole persons and providing a personalized member experience in a supportive, uplifting environment.
* Ability to follow all safety and policy guidelines, including emergency procedures.
* Ability to motivate clients and effectively communicate at all times; ability to develop appropriate exercise protocols while ensuring each individual is utilizing proper form while performing exercises.
* Understanding of effective weight loss and weight training techniques.
* Ability to maintain a clean, safe classroom and/or training space.
* Experience with TRX, kettle bells and functional training.
* High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old, with a minimum of one years experience as a fitness instructor.
Accredited Certification: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA (Alternate certifications can be reviewed).
