*Orange Shoe Personal Fitness* in Madison, WI is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our team! Put your passion and dedication for health & fitness and helping & teaching others to work! We are seeking motivated, fun, driven and goal-oriented individuals to join our team at our Madison West location.
We serve a diverse group of clients in small group, partner and individual personal training.
Madison - University Ave (2905 University Ave) and Downtown Madison (1 East Main Street)
Responsibilities:
* Personal Train individuals and groups in fitness activities, Demonstrate proper form and technique
* Manage client schedule and account, provide support and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals, maintain strong working relationship with clients
* Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients, Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
* Collaborate with our team of Personal Trainers
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields
* Ability to train at all fitness levels, Ability to build rapport with clients, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for health and fitness
* Must hold CPT (or similar certification) and associates degree (or higher education) in kinesiology, exercise science or related field, other education or work experience will be considered if the candidate demonstrates a clear dedication to a career in fitness (Grace period provided if certification or education are currently in progress)
Compensation: $20.
00 - $30.
00 per hour + Bonus opportunity
Benefits: Continuing Education allowance, Health & Dental options (full time), paid time off (full time), IRA (full time), uniform allowance
Schedule: Flexible options; schedule could include 2-4 evenings/week and some weekends.
We recognize full time status at 30 hours per week, overtime is paid when hours exceed 40 per week.
