Position Overview
The Girls Inc.
Middle & High School Coordinator is responsible for facilitating programming for Middle and High School youth.
This role will facilitate programming for High School Girls Inc.
members during lunch program hours at East High School as well as collaborating on a Middle School program with the Girls Inc STEM Coordinator.
The Girls Inc.
Middle & High School Coordinator will work with the Girls Inc.
Manager to ensure that programming aligns with grant requirements and goals.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience working in a direct service role with middle and/or high school-aged children
Minimum 1 year experience developing and facilitating age-appropriate curriculum
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competency using basic office computer software
Ability to work as a team and independently, take on a leadership role, and maintain a positive work environment
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive 15 passenger van

Responsibilities
Overall Duties: Provide Girls Inc programming for Middle and High School Girls Inc Members.
Facilitate hands on, minds on, interactive programming
Implement Girls Inc.
programming at East High School and O’Keeffe Middle School
Develop and retain community partnerships to improve middle and high school programming
Collaborate with the Girls Inc STEM Coordinator to plan middle school programming
Collaborate with the High School Leadership Board to plan and coordinate the annual program
Plan High School field trips using guidelines provided by the High School Leadership Board
Coordinate the Period Product Drive alongside participating high schoolers
Guarantee program quality meets standards identified in contract or grant specifications
Assist with the organization and implementation of annual Girls Inc.
Development events including International Women’s Day, and other GIGM events as planned throughout the year.
Maintain youth files and ensure all required paperwork and permissions are updated and on hand.
Record daily attendance of participants in designated databases.
