Teaching Artist

Disney &/or Middle School Musical Theater Teaching Artists (TA) will work closely with the Director of Broadway Engagement Programs and teachers in elementary and/or middle schools in the Madison Metropolitan School District.
TA’s will be assigned to work with teachers at a specific schools for a school semester or a 17-week rehearsal schedule.
The goal of both programs is to help the schools build a tradition of musical theater in their school culture that is sustainable.
Schedule is variable based on school scheduling but mostly late afternoons (2pm – 5pm).
This is a seasonal/part-time/non-benefited position.
A COVID-19 vaccination is required for all staff per Overture's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
