*Gymnastics Team Coaches:*
Capital Gymnastics is hiring team coaches to work with our growing Xcel and compulsory teams.
Approximately 3 - 4 nights per week, and weekends during competition seasons.
We are looking for exceptional people to join our amazing coaching staff.
We are hiring both part-time and full time team coaches.

*Responsibilities*:
* Developing and coaching team gymnasts
* Creating, developing and implementing lesson plans
* Maintaining a safe gym environment
* Being energetic and encouraging with the kids
* Administering first aid if necessary
* Travel with team to in-state and out of state meets
* Identify talented gymnasts to help build the future of our competitive programs
* Cleaning, disinfecting and keeping the kids safe by following the CDC and Dane County regulations
*Qualifications*:
* Knowledge of the USAG compulsory, optional or Xcel programs
* Experience coaching competitive gymnastics
* Must love working with kids
* Must be a leader and positive role model
* Highly motivated and energetic
* Outgoing, flexible and positive attitude
* Professional, respectful, kind and compassionate
* Dependable & ability to arrive to work on time and prepared
* Team player, who can work independently
* Professional manner at all times
* Must pass a background check
