*Job summary: *Lead, motivate, encourage, entertain, build confidence, while helping children develop and improve their gymnastics skills.

*Responsibilities:*
- Follow lesson plans and implement creativity as needed
- Instruct and demonstrate skills and abilities in gymnastics
- Lead and supervise classes
- Set up and safe proof the gym area
- Be energetic and encouraging with the kids
- Administer first aid if necessary
- Clean, disinfect and maintain a clean, safe gym environment
*Qualifications:*
- Love working with kids
- Knowledge and understanding of basic gymnastics
- Teaching experience preferred, but not required – we will train you
- Ability to work with others and take direction
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Outgoing, flexible and positive attitude
- Dependable & ability to arrive to work on time
- Must pass a background check
- Team player, who can work independently
