```Duties:```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood education setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging and interactive activities.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and create a positive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents or concerns.

- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and other key areas of development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong classroom management skills to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
