Part-Time Director - Early Childhood Learning (Oregon, WI)

Little Angels Early Learning Center is seeking a Part-Time Director to lead and contribute to a team that impacts the lives of our children, families, and our community.
Bring your program leadership skills, positive energy, and creativity to this successful Preschool and 4k Program! Primary Responsibilities: * Oversight of all programs at the center to include Preschool, 4k and Child Care/Wrap Care.
* Ensure that all programs are well staffed; oversee staff meetings and continued staff education.
* Oversee curriculum choices and work closely with the Oregon School District 4-K program.
* Develop and oversee annual budget.
* Maintain open and effective communication with Manager and the Servant Leadership Board.
* Promote programs and update social media.
Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of experience as a childcare teacher.
Meet the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families licensing requirements for a Group Child Care Center Director Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
