SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are currently looking for a Cook to help our Chef execute daily kitchen operations and assist with event banquets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in following recipes accurately, cooking, plating and maintaining high-quality standards.
*RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:*
* Preparation of food for daily service and events
* Assure food quality
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Restock items as needed throughout the shift
* Ensure that cleaning and maintenance schedules are adhered to
* Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation procedures
* Maintain a clean, sanitary working environment
*DESIRED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:*
* Experience in a commercial kitchen
* ServSafe certified
* Ability to follow documents, procedure manuals, safety rules, maintenance and procedure instructions
* Maintain positive attitude
* Problem solving and organizational skills
