Bartenders are responsible for the cleanliness and serving of food and drink at all bar locations throughout the park.
All Wisconsin State and Noah’s Ark serving policies and laws must be followed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepares drinks and limited food menu items
Communicate and interact with Guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Adhere to Servesafe handling and sanitation procedures
Serve Guests in a friendly, professional manner
Handle financial transactions on cash registers
Maintain appearance of bar area by periodic daily cleaning
Executes nightly closing procedures including cleaning bar area and counting tills
Assist in other departments as needed
Performs any additional duties instructed by Lead, Supervisor, or Manager

Endure long hours of continuous work on your feet
Capability to lift moderate weight (10-40 lbs)
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist
Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
Maintain confidentiality of park operations and revenue at all times
Ability to speak comfortably with guests and provide general park knowledge
Demonstrate basic math skills associated with operating a cash register
Comply to all uniform policies
Demonstrate excellent Guest Service
