Brackets for mounting.
Brakes are not tested, but believed to be functional.

Removed from a dual axle trailer, only to reduce trailer weight, was in use on trailer, and believed to be in good operation.
Rated at 3500 lbs, per white label, mfg date of 08/22/2019.
