2005 VW Passat 4cyl 4motion for parts - $500 (Oregon)

2005 VW Passat wagon with the 1.
8T 4cyl and the rare combination of it being mated to a 4 motion drive.
Silver exterior black cloth interior.
Currently not road worthy.
List that I believe it needs: timing belt change (engine runs good and starts reliably) Driver's side CV axle (not sure what an axle costs that interfaces with the 4 motion system) Rear brakes at a minimum, passenger rear absolutely GONE.
Has electrical gremlins that affect functions interfacing from the drivers door (no power windows, no interior light comes on, no fuel door release) Has Wisconsin rust on rear hatch (and quite a few other places) Selling car whole, NOT PARTING OUT.
