If you are thinking you would like to have a “conversation piece”.
.
.
something truly unique and a piece of Americana…this piece is for you.
My dad bought this covered wagon camp kitchen at a farm auction in Iowa many years ago and never had time to work on it.
Fast forward… I was able to get my hands on it, and completely refinished it.
The cupboard is 56 high by 42 wide, constructed out of both pine and poplar.
What is unique…the pine side walls are 18 inches wide! As you look at the pictures, also note the carefully crafted spice drawers.
There is a wide hinged board that covers the section where the family would store large pots/ pans/ sugar and flour.
The bottom drawers were missing, so I re-built drawers with top sliders (the original slides are still there).
We need to downsize, so we want it to go to a home where it will be appreciated.
We also have a few other quality pine pieces than need a good home.
Cupboard price was $625.
.
.
now $375…we would be interested in offers.
